Quarterly coordination meeting with pannel lawyers held on 3 November 22.Mr. Khandaker Abdul Hakim, learned lawyer Jamalpur said, monitoring of bi-monthly meeting and decision-making in upazila and union is necessary. The Legal Aid Committee needs to be made more active, because they do not care if any legal aid documents are sent from the court to the police station. Thana does not recognize legal aid. Since the officer in-charge of the police station is a member of the Upazila legal aid committee, there will be no such problem if there is an active discussion in the Upazila committee.
